Southern Lights accepts returns without penalty within 30 days of closing. Certain special order lines are excluded and may be subject to a restocking fee.  Please ask us for details.  We follow through on quality issues as well!

Order Delivery

Southern Lights will deliver your client’s lighting in our vehicle to ensure safe arrival. This service is available to our account-holders to any location in the metro and is provided free of charge.

To streamline installation for your electrician Southern Lights identifies each light with: customer name, room, and quantity and type of bulbs required.

Back Orders

If the customer selects a back-ordered item, your electrician can install a porcelain for closing. When the back-ordered fixture arrives, we make arrangements with the customer.

Special Requests

We work hard to honor the special requests of our customers, such as:

• Recessed Lighting and Door Chimes are also available from Southern Lights.
• Billing of the entire order can be sent directly to your company.
• If the customer’s selections exceed the lighting allowance, Southern Lights can collect the overage charge from the home buyer at your request.
• Layout Assistance can be provided by our lighting consultants.
